1. Allowed Pets:

• This policy applies to all residents of the property and their pets.
• Allowed pets include cat, small dog
• Aggressive or dangerous breeds, as defined by local authority, are prohibited.
• Residents must obtain written permission from landlord before bringing any pet onto the property.

2. Owner Responsibilities:

• All pets must be kept under control at all times.
• Pets must be leashed or otherwise restrained in common areas.
• Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not disturb other residents or create a nuisance.
• Owners must clean up after their pets promptly and thoroughly, both inside and outside their units.
• Owners must provide appropriate care for their pets, including adequate food, water, and exercise.
• Owners must keep their pets up-to-date on vaccinations and other preventative care as required by law.
• Owners must ensure their pets do not damage property and are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, which may exceed the pet deposit.
• Owners must immediately remove any pet that exhibits aggressive or disruptive behavior.

3. Liability:

• Owners are fully liable for any damage or injury caused by their pets to other residents, guests, or property.
• Landlord is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to pets.

4. Restrictions:

• Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not leave their units unattended.
• Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not enter other residents' units without permission.

5. Enforcement:

• Landlord reserves the right to enforce this policy and may take appropriate action, including fines or eviction, for violations.

6. Pet Deposit:

• A pet deposit is required for each pet allowed on the property.
• The deposit is refundable upon the tenant's departure, less any deductions for damages.
